Payment Terms:
- Full and final payment must be made 40 to 120 days before the arrival date,depending on the season of travel. The exact timeline will be communicated at the time of booking.
- No exceptions will be made to this payment schedule.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
1. Cancellation Before 40-120 Days of Arrival:
- No cancellation charges will apply, except for bank transfer fees or other nominal fees.
- If air tickets have already been issued, airline cancellation charges will apply.
2. Cancellation Between 40-120 Days of Arrival:
- Full or partial charges for the hotel component will apply.
- Refunds will be provided for transport, guide, and entrance fees.
3. Cancellation Within 15 Days of Arrival:
- No refund will be issued.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days and returned to the original source account.
